Apply a thin layer with a foam or microfiber pad, let it dry to a haze, then buff off with a clean microfiber after 30 minutes. Hand and machine application both produce consistent results · no learning curve. Community follow-ups confirm 4·6 months durability on a daily driver washed weekly, above the 3·4 month category median. A second coat is optional; allow at least three hours between coats.
Buy it if you want a community-proven professional sealant, forgiving hand or machine application, and above-median durability after paint correction. Skip it if you need chemistry transparency from the brand's own site · Jescar does not self-host their SDS, and the current revision dates to 2017. Skip it also if you want spray-and-wipe convenience; this product requires the full haze-and-buff step.

Jescar Enterprises (founded 1977 in Nanuet, NY) was the original US exclusive importer of Menzerna polishing compounds, and Power Lock was originally developed under the MenzernaUSA banner. Forum threads often refer to both names interchangeably, and older reviews labeled 'Menzerna Power Lock Plus' are reviewing the same chemistry.
