TL;DR No community-confirmed durability record exists yet for this 2024 launch; the box claims 100 plus washes of protection, and the few independent early reads are lukewarm, closer to the consumer-spray tier than the multi-year coating tier. What you are buying is the easiest on-ramp to a real ceramic coating: spray, spread, wipe, no flash window, towels included, and the mildest verified chemistry among the category's spray-applied coatings.
The kit leaves a water-shedding protective layer that bonds to clean paint, adding gloss and slickness a step above a spray wax. Application is as forgiving as coatings get: wash and dry, mist a panel, spread with the first included towel, wipe immediately with the second. No flash window, no separate prep product required, though Meguiar's recommends paint correction for best results. Holdup is the open question: owners are broadly positive on beading and ease early on, but the main independent forum discussion calls results mid, says it wants near-perfect conditions, and points to easier, cheaper products with similar durability; the 100 plus washes claim has no community midpoint yet.
