The aerosol delivers thick foam that clings to vertical glass instead of running off. This gives the cleaner more dwell time on heavily filmed exterior glass and side windows. Trade-offs: aerosol overspray onto adjacent vinyl trim and paint is the principal concern, and aerosol particulate generates more inhalation exposure than pump spray when used in a closed cabin.

Both are ammonia-free aerosol foamers with 2-butoxyethanol. Griot's adds a citrus scent and removes the dye that Sprayway's classic blue formula uses, which addresses two minor consumer complaints. Functionally similar performance; the price premium reflects the brand positioning rather than a chemistry difference. Sprayway has the longer review history and stronger trade reputation.
