TL;DR High-alkaline concentrate (pH 12) that removes body oils, seat grime, and surface soiling from fabric, vinyl, and upholstered surfaces at 1:1 dilution; no wet-vac required. No enzyme active, so this is not an odor treatment. Health 1.75/10 · DANGER at concentrate: SDS §2 carries H314 skin corrosion Cat 1 and H318 serious eye damage Cat 1 from pH 12 alkalinity; SDS §8 requires gloves and goggles for the undiluted product.
CarPro Inside is a high-alkaline surfactant concentrate for fabric, vinyl, leather, and upholstered surfaces. Dilute 1:1 for typical grime or 1:10 for synthetic suede and delicate materials; apply by cloth or controlled spray, agitate lightly, blot clean. Community confirms effective removal of body oils, seat grime, and steering wheel soiling with a residue-free, quick-drying finish at working dilution. No enzymatic mechanism: the formula cleans soils but does not neutralize deep odors.
A strong fit for owners who want one concentrate covering multiple interior surfaces at adjustable strengths, and who are comfortable with the dilution workflow. Premium synthetic suede or Alcantara requires the gentler 1:10 dilution. Not an odor treatment: owners dealing with pet or smoke odors should pair it with an enzyme product. Handle the undiluted concentrate with the SDS-specified gloves and goggles.
The SDS DANGER classification is driven by pH >= 11.5 at full concentrate (H314 skin corrosion Cat 1, H318 serious eye damage Cat 1). SDS §8 requires gloves with long breakthrough time and goggles or face shield for the undiluted product. pH drops substantially at working-solution dilution, but handle the concentrate accordingly. No respiratory classification in SDS §2 at mixture level; pump-spray in an enclosed cabin is the specific inhalation exposure context captured by the situational lungs tier. One ingredient-level aquatic toxicity flag (C12-14 ethoxylated alcohol, H400); no EPA Safer Choice.
The product is formulated for fabric, vinyl, leather, and plastic interior surfaces. Community reports confirm effective removal of body oils, sweat, steering wheel grime, seat soiling, and door-panel transfer at 1:1 dilution. The high-alkaline surfactant formula dissolves oil-based soils; EDTA chelates mineral deposits. It is not an enzyme-based odor treatment: deep smoke or pet odors require a separate enzymatic product.
The manufacturer recommends 1:1 (equal parts product and water) for typical interior soiling, and 1:10 for synthetic suede and delicate substrates. Full-strength use is possible on heavy soiling on robust surfaces; avoid full-strength on fabric or synthetic suede without testing a hidden area first due to the pH 12 concentrate chemistry. Mix into a spray bottle, apply a light mist, agitate with a brush or microfiber, blot clean.
Community sources consistently describe a residue-free, non-greasy finish after normal application at recommended dilution. The surfactant formula is designed to lift and blot without leaving a sticky or filmy surface. No widespread residue or stiffening complaints appear at standard working-solution dilutions.
