TL;DR Spray-and-wipe ceramic protection with decent gloss results and a forgiving application, but thin independent durability data and no Safety Data Sheet on file. The health score of 5.0 is a data gap, not a confirmed hazard.
Graphene Burst Coat sprays on panel by panel and buffs off with a microfiber; the manufacturer says a full car takes 15-20 minutes. Owners broadly report good water beading and shine. The manufacturer claims over a year of protection, but no independent community long-term threads confirm that timeframe. The only hands-on independent test found (2025) noted weakened beading after 3-4 washes and visible degradation at 30 days, though that reviewer operates a competing brand. Gloss is well-reviewed by owners but not independently validated on dark paint with before/after documentation.
Home detailers who want a low-friction first coating experience with no flash window or separate prep chemistry may find this accessible. Skip it if you need community-verified long-term durability; independent evidence beyond 30 days does not exist for this product yet. A better-documented alternative is a lower-risk choice.
No Safety Data Sheet is publicly available as of 2026-05-19; the health score of 5.0 is a data gap, not a confirmed hazard. All three PPE axes are situational based on the spray form factor and unknown carrier chemistry alone. Use outdoors or in a fully open garage. The graphene content is liquid-suspended; wipe-on application does not produce respirable nanoparticles. The coating cures on paint and does not wash into drains during application.
CarCareTruth could not locate a Safety Data Sheet for this product; it is not listed on Torque Detail's compliance page as of 2026-05-19. A score of 5.0 is the site default when no SDS is on file; it reflects a data gap, not a confirmed chemical hazard. The score will be updated if an SDS becomes available.
The product page claims water sheets off rather than beads, which would reduce mineral water spots. No independent community source, such as forum threads or long-term owner reviews, was found to specifically confirm a water-spot advantage over comparable ceramic coatings. The claim is plausible for a graphene-additive product, but it is not verified for this specific formula based on available evidence.
The product was showing as unavailable on Amazon as of May 2026. The Torque Detail website still lists it. Check the current listing status via the product link above.
