The manufacturer claims over a year of protection, but no independent community long-term threads confirm that timeframe. The only hands-on independent test found noted weakened beading after 3-4 washes and visible degradation at 30 days, though that owner operates a competing brand. Gloss is well-reviewed by owners but not independently validated on dark paint with before/after documentation.
Home detailers who want a low-friction first coating experience with no flash window or separate prep chemistry may find this accessible.
