From the manufacturer’s Safety Data Sheet, Section 8
“SDS Section 8 calls for suitable gloves and protective clothing. Section 11 reports the product causes mild skin irritation on contact, so this is a real (if minor) skin hazard, not boilerplate.”

From the manufacturer’s Safety Data Sheet, Section 8
“SDS Section 8 says no respiratory protection is needed under normal use, only flagging ventilation if exposure limits are exceeded or irritation occurs. Section 2 carries no respiratory hazard code, so this is a spray/ventilation precaution, not a mixture-level inhalation hazard.”

TL;DR Holds beading for several weeks on a daily driver · nowhere near the months the brand implies · with genuinely warm, glossy results on dark paint. Works well in shade; a notable minority of buyers report streaking. DANGER signal word for eye contact: wear safety goggles every time.
Spray onto a cool panel in the shade, spread with a microfiber, and buff off. Gloss earns consistent praise · buyers describe a showroom floor look that holds for weeks. Application is forgiving for most in shade, but a documented minority of report stickiness, streaking, and difficult buff-off in direct sun. The SDS confirms no named ceramic actives in Section 3"advanced ceramic" is marketing language only.
Daily-driver owners who want a warm gloss upgrade and basic spray protection in one pass will see real results. Skip it if you need SDS-confirmed ceramic chemistry, want to layer over an existing coating, or need proven application forgiveness in varied conditions.
The SDS signal word is DANGER · H318 (serious eye damage), meaning contact can cause irreversible injury. Wear safety goggles; regular glasses don't provide enough protection. SDS Section 8 also calls for gloves and protective clothing, and Section 11 notes mild skin irritation on contact, so gloves are a real precaution rather than a formality. Respiratory protection isn't needed for normal spray-and-wipe use; it only becomes relevant in an enclosed space or if ventilation is poor. The product listing flags Prop 65, but the SDS explicitly denies any Prop 65 chemicals · a confirmed false-positive pattern across multiple Mothers products. Water-based, no PFAS, no aquatic toxicity codes; cures onto the paint surface and doesn't reach drains during normal use.
The Safety Data Sheet for Mothers Ultimate Hybrid Ceramic Spray Wax carries a DANGER signal word, with classified hazards including H318 (causes serious eye damage). The Amazon listing also carries a California Prop 65 warning. See the PPE breakdown above for use-case-specific guidance translated from the SDS hazard codes.
CarCareTruth scores Mothers Ultimate Hybrid Ceramic Spray Wax at 5.4 out of 10 on the composite CCT score, with a health sub-score of 1.0/10.
