From the manufacturer’s Safety Data Sheet, Section 8
“SDS §11 states sprayed material may cause eye irritation, and the concentrate is mildly acidic (pH 3.2-4.0). When the product is diluted and applied by spray for waterless use, mist can reach the eyes, so safety glasses are common sense during spray application. SDS §2 carries no eye-hazard classification.”

From the manufacturer’s Safety Data Sheet, Section 8
“SDS §2 carries no respiratory hazard classification and no signal word. Standard use is outdoors or in a ventilated bay; spraying the diluted product in an enclosed garage warrants ventilation awareness, which is why this is situational rather than omitted.”

TL;DR A professional gallon concentrate with genuine slickness that detailing forums back up on dark paint with correct technique, leaving a glossy water-beading finish. Dilute it for waterless spray-and-wipe or bucket rinseless use, and it goes a long way per jug. It carries a California Prop 65 warning and a mildly acidic pH.
You dilute D115 with water, then spray it on and wipe panel by panel with a plush microfiber, or mix a little into a bucket for a rinseless wash. It lifts light-to-moderate dust and road film and leaves a glossy, hydrophobic layer that beads water. Detailers on multiple forums report strong slip and safe results on dark paint when the mix is right and towels are rotated often, though technique still matters and heavy grime should be rinsed off first.
Best for high-volume users, mobile detailers, and owners who want to mix their own working strength and get many washes from one jug. Skip it if you want a grab-and-go ready-to-use spray or only wash occasionally; the consumer Ultimate Waterless Wash & Wax is simpler, and heavily soiled vehicles still need a soap-and-bucket wash.
The safety data sheet classifies the concentrate as not hazardous, with no signal word and no hazard codes, a pH of 3.2 to 4.0, and about 25 grams per liter of VOC. Because sprayed material may cause eye irritation and the mix is mildly acidic, safety glasses are sensible when spraying; gloves are not indicated. The listing carries a California Prop 65 warning disclosed as trace lead. The waterless method eliminates a large volume of hose water per wash, and the label states the detergents are biodegradable.
D115 is a concentrate, not a ready-to-use spray. For waterless spray-and-wipe use, Meguiar's and the detailing community dilute it roughly 4:1 up to 20:1 with water, with many enthusiasts favoring 4:1 for the most slickness. For a bucket rinseless wash, a 4:1 to 8:1 range is common. One gallon of concentrate makes many gallons of working solution, which is where the value comes from versus buying ready-to-use bottles.
They are different products. Ultimate Waterless Wash & Wax (G3626) is a consumer ready-to-use spray sold in a 26 oz bottle. D115 is the professional Detailer-line product, sold as a gallon concentrate you dilute yourself, and it can be used either waterless (spray-and-wipe) or rinseless (bucket). D115 is aimed at high-volume users and people who want to mix their own working strength.
Detailers on multiple forums report strong slickness and safe cleaning on dark paint when used with correct technique: dilute properly, use a clean plush microfiber, and rotate to fresh sections often. As with any waterless or rinseless method, grit is wiped across the paint rather than rinsed away, so it is best on light-to-moderate contamination. Heavy mud, sand, or caked-on grime should be pressure-rinsed off first to avoid marring.
Yes. The formula leaves a glossy, hydrophobic finish that beads water, and community reports describe the protection as noticeably slick and reasonably durable for a wash-and-wax product. It is a light maintenance topper, not a substitute for a dedicated sealant or paste wax.
Yes. The Amazon listing and multiple retailer pages carry a California Proposition 65 warning for D11501; the disclosed basis is trace lead. The safety data sheet itself does not name a specific Prop 65 substance in its state-regulations section, so the label warning is the governing source. Neither of the ingredients disclosed in the SDS is on California's Prop 65 list, which is consistent with the warning covering a trace metal rather than a formulation ingredient.
The GHS safety data sheet (2017 revision) classifies the concentrate as not hazardous under OSHA's Hazard Communication Standard, with no signal word, no pictograms, and no hazard codes. It lists water, a glycol-ether co-solvent, and a silicone as the disclosed ingredients, a pH of 3.2 to 4.0, and a VOC content of about 25 grams per liter. It notes that sprayed material may cause eye irritation.
