TL;DR DANGER: the SDS says this ceramic coating can cause serious, permanent eye damage, so wear splash-proof goggles when applying it. It's the lower-priced of CLEAN. by Pan's two coatings, built on about half the reactive crosslinker of the 8-Year version, and its 3-year durability claim hasn't had time to prove out yet.
The coating leaves a hard, glossy layer that sheds water on paint, glass, wheels, trim, and matte finishes. Wipe it on in a cross-hatch pattern, level with a dry towel once rainbowing appears (1-2 minutes, extendable to 4-5), then buff with a second towel.
