From the manufacturer’s Safety Data Sheet, Section 8
“No H319, H320, or H318 in SDS §2 mixture classification; paste form factor does not atomize. SDS §8 references eye protection as a general precaution without a §2 H-code escalation.”

From the manufacturer’s Safety Data Sheet, Section 8
“H315 (Skin Irritation Cat 2) present in SDS §2. The petroleum-distillate carrier (CAS 64742-47-8) is 60·<80% of formula · SDS §8 recommends protective gloves for sustained contact with this carrier fraction. No H317 skin sensitizer; the tier is recommended, not required.”

From the manufacturer’s Safety Data Sheet, Section 8
“No H334, H335, H330, or H331 in SDS §2 · no respiratory-sensitizer or airway-irritant classification at mixture level. H336 (STOT SE 3, narcotic effects) present in §2 from the petroleum-distillate carrier. SDS §8 lists adequate ventilation under engineering controls for workplace use. Paste form factor reduces vapor generation relative to spray products.”

TL;DR Genuine carnauba, beginner-friendly application, cleaner chemistry than most traditional carnauba waxes · WARNING signal word only, no skin-sensitizer classification, no Prop 65. Estimated 3·4 months of protection on a daily driver. Currently out of stock on Amazon.
Adam's Americana is a genuine carnauba paste wax made in small USA batches. The light-blue paste spreads thin with the included foam applicator, hazes in 5·10 minutes, and buffs off with light microfiber pressure. Silicone surface modifiers supplement the carnauba hydrophobics for tighter initial beading than plain carnauba formulas. The product has been out of stock since around mid-2024; community durability of 3·4 months is estimated from chemistry and a strong, well-rated owner review base. Adam's does not publish a specific month-count claim, so there is no label-vs-reality gap.
Buy this for warm carnauba depth on dark or recently corrected paint with forgiving application and cleaner chemistry than typical heavy-solvent carnauba waxes. Skip it if protection time is the priority · Collinite 476S is the durability benchmark at 7·10 months community-confirmed. Skip it also until availability returns.
The GHS hazard codes from SDS §2 are H315 (Skin Irritation Cat 2) and H336 (STOT SE 3, narcotic effects) from the petroleum-distillate carrier at 60·<80% of formula · both are WARNING-tier, not DANGER. No skin-sensitizer classification; no Prop 65 (SDS §15 explicitly clears all ingredients). H304 (aspiration hazard) appears at the ingredient level but SDS §11 explicitly confirms no aspiration hazard classification for the finished product · paste viscosity suppresses it. SDS §8 specifies gloves and adequate ventilation as engineering controls. VOC is 582 g/L (SDS §15: 71% VOC × SDS §9 density 0.82 g/cm³) · highest bracket in the paste-wax catalog; the leave-on pathway keeps environment in the Average range.
Community data for this specific product is thin · it's been out of stock on Amazon since approximately mid-2024, and the available owner reviews don't have accessible body text in the API data. Based on the chemistry (genuine carnauba in a petroleum-distillate carrier) and the category median, a realistic expectation is 3·4 months of visible beading on a daily driver washed weekly. Adam's does not publish a specific month-count claim; feature bullets say 'Perfect Balance of Longevity and Enhancement,' which is vague enough that there is no durability overclaim to call out.
The carnauba is confirmed genuine · SDS §15 California RTK disclosure lists carnauba wax (CAS 8015-86-9) explicitly with a 'wax' functionality designation. The concentration is withheld as a trade secret, which is standard for the category. The rest of the formula is a petroleum-distillate carrier (60·<80%) plus silicone surface modifiers · a typical structure for a traditional carnauba paste wax.
The WARNING in SDS §2 comes from H315 (Skin Irritation Cat 2) and H336 (STOT SE 3 · narcotic effects) from the C9-C15 petroleum-distillate carrier, which is 60·<80% of the formula. H304 (aspiration hazard) appears at the ingredient level but SDS §11 explicitly confirms no aspiration hazard classification for the finished product · paste viscosity suppresses it. This is a WARNING product, not a DANGER product, and no skin sensitizer classification is present.
The listing shows 'Currently unavailable' as of the build date · no buybox winner and the product appears to be discontinued or delisted from the brand's website. Adam's Polishes still lists other wax products. This product was built per OOS override because of its historically strong review record, well-rated by a solid owner base before it went out of stock.
Collinite 476S is the durability benchmark in the paste-wax category · community-confirmed 7·10 months on a daily driver, considerably longer than what a traditional carnauba paste wax typically delivers. Adam's Americana leads on carnauba warmth and depth of finish and is easier to apply. If maximum protection time per application is the buying criteria, Collinite 476S is the category leader. If carnauba glow and easy application are the priority, Adam's Americana is the more enjoyable product to use.
