From the manufacturer’s Safety Data Sheet, Section 8
“SDS §2 carries no skin classification (H315/H317/H314 all absent from the mixture-level assessment). Near-neutral pH 7·8 formula with mild surfactant base · routine spray-and-wipe contact has no documented skin-hazard pathway. Prolonged or repeated contact without washing provides the only reasonable chemistry-based trigger for gloves.”

TL;DR Cleans fingerprints and surface grime from dash panels and door cards and dries residue-free. Near-neutral pH 7·8 and mild surfactant chemistry make it safe on screen bezels and interior plastics without the greasy aftermath that plagues lesser cleaners.
Spray onto a microfiber cloth, wipe, move on. The water-based surfactant formula clears fingerprints, dust, and light grime in one pass on plastic, vinyl, metal, and glass. Multiple confirm a clean, non-greasy dry result, including a matte finish with no shiny residue on dark dash plastics. For heavier deposits a second pass handles it. The thin-bodied formula can run on vertical surfaces, so applying to cloth first is worth the extra step near electronics.
Solid buy for regular cabin maintenance between full details · fingerprints, door-handle grime, and dashboard dust come off quickly. Also useful near screen bezels and infotainment surrounds where higher-pH cleaners carry more risk. Skip it if a dressed finish or UV protection is the goal · those need an interior detailer after cleaning.
SDS §2 (v1.2, 2019-01-29) classifies this formula as "Not classified as hazardous" · no signal word, no GHS H-codes. The front label's "Eye Irritant / Potential Skin Irritant" statement is FHSA/CPSC labeling language operating under a lower threshold than GHS HazCom 2012 and is not a GHS classification. pH 7·8 per SDS §9. SDS §3 discloses only DEGBE at 0.25·0.8%; no D4/D5 silicones, no 2-butoxyethanol, no Prop 65 ingredients. Wipe-off product · formula ends up on the microfiber cloth, not down the drain.
The near-neutral pH (7·8) and mild surfactant chemistry raise no specific concern for soft-touch rubberized panels, unlike high-alkaline cleaners (pH >10) where chemistry-based surface degradation is documented. owners report clean, non-greasy results across multiple interior material types with no surface damage reports. The manufacturer markets this as safe on all interior surfaces including electronics.
The product is marketed as residue-free and the community evidence is consistent with that claim. Apply via cloth rather than direct spray near displays to avoid streaking on screens.
303 explicitly markets this product as electronics-safe. The near-neutral pH and absence of harsh solvents make it appropriate for touchscreen bezels and display surrounds. Apply via microfiber cloth rather than spraying directly onto screens to avoid streaking.
The Rainforest API returns a Prop 65 flag for this ASIN, but the SDS §15 (v1.2, 2019-01-29) explicitly states this product contains no California Prop 65 substances. This is the same documented false-positive pattern for Gold Eagle/303 Products across multiple ASINs. The SDS §15 governs; prop65_warning is false.
SDS §3 discloses one ingredient above the OSHA reporting threshold: DEGBE (diethylene glycol monobutyl ether, CAS 112-34-5) at 0.25·0.8%. CA SB-258 disclosure also lists CMIT and MIT as preservatives. The remaining formula is water-based surfactant and fragrance. No D4/D5 silicones, no 2-butoxyethanol, no PFAS, no Prop 65 ingredients.
