Best Water Blade & Squeegee

A water blade or silicone squeegee sheets water off the paint before you touch it with a drying towel, cutting the towel work in half and reducing the chance of dragging leftover grit. Run it down panels in long straight pulls after the rinse, then finish with a plush drying towel for the leftover beads. Some detailers swear by them; others worry about trapped particles — keep the blade clean and only use it on a properly washed surface.
