Adjustable-height backless pneumatic stool from Ironton, Northern Tool's house brand. Five-leg powder-coat tubular steel base; 300 lb manufacturer rating; no structural failures in a still-thin owner sample. Seat adjusts 15.75-19.5 in one-handed; no cylinder warranty found. Five 2.5 in rubber-compound swivel casters, plain swivel, no locks; non-marring per spec; no community floor-surface reports yet. Seat: 11.75 in diameter, 1.75 in foam, staple-bound red vinyl, no backrest. Round steel tool tray at the base; no magnetic strip. Still out of stock as of 2026-07-23.
Right fit once restocked: wheel and brake work, 16-19 in seat height, users under 300 lb. Skip while out of stock; skip if under-vehicle work is primary (use a creeper), a seat above 19.5 in is needed, or the undocumented cylinder warranty is a concern.
