TL;DR Iridium cross-reference for the ACDelco 41-114, the OE plug on the EcoTec3 4.3L LV3, 5.3L L84, and 6.2L L87 in the 2019-2026 Silverado 1500 and Sierra 1500 (T1XX). Aftermarket, not the factory plug, and no service interval is disclosed. Does not fit the prior K2XX generation (2014-2018), which uses the ACDelco 41-168 instead.
Heat range Denso 16, thread M14, tapered seat. Iridium center electrode with a 0.4mm fine-wire tip; the U-groove ground reduces quenching for an unshrouded spark. The hotter heat range 16 suits the direct-injection EcoTec3 truck V engines in the 2019-2026 Silverado 1500 and Sierra 1500 (T1XX), where the OE plug is the ACDelco 41-114. The ITV16 is an aftermarket cross-reference for that part, not the factory plug, and the listing discloses no rated interval. The prior-generation K2XX Silverado/Sierra 1500 (2014-2018) uses a different plug, the ACDelco 41-168 (verified against GMPartsGiant and RockAuto), so it is not included here. Note: the 2.7L L3B turbo-four in T1XX Sierra and Silverado trucks uses a different plug; the 3.0L Duramax diesel has no spark plugs.
Right pick for a 2019-2026 Silverado 1500 or Sierra 1500 (T1XX) with a EcoTec3 V-engine, where you want an iridium plug that crosses to the factory ACDelco 41-114. Skip if your truck has the 2.7L turbo-four or 3.0L diesel, if it's the prior K2XX generation (2014-2018, which takes the ACDelco 41-168 instead), or if your engine takes a different heat range or a double-platinum plug.
No chemical exposure pathway from the plug itself; it is a passive ignition-system part with no SDS. The steel shell is recyclable as ferrous scrap, and the alumina-ceramic insulator goes to landfill. No manufacturer take-back program exists for spent spark plugs.
Marketing copy from Denso, via Amazon. Not editorial.
Per manufacturer cross-reference, not a physical test fit. A single generation often forks by engine, trim, and market.

⚠ 2019-2026 GMC Sierra 1500 T1XX and Chevrolet Silverado 1500 T1XX EcoTec3 4.3L LV3 / 5.3L L84 / 6.2L L87, via ACDelco 41-114 cross-reference. CORRECTED 2026-07-10: the ITV16 crosses to the 41-114, which is the T1XX-generation plug, not a K2XX cross · the 2014-2020 K2XX Silverado/Sierra 1500 uses a different plug (ACDelco 41-168 / NGK 90220), so the previously published chevrolet-silverado-k2xx and gmc-sierra-1500-k2xx slugs were removed (verified against GMPartsGiant and RockAuto). The 2.7L L3B turbo-four in the T1XX trucks uses a different plug; the 3.0L Duramax inline-six diesel has no spark plugs.
