Denso Corporation is one of the largest automotive components manufacturers in the world, headquartered in Kariya, Aichi Prefecture, Japan. Founded in 1949 as Nippondenso after spinning off from Toyota Motor Corporation, the company now supplies components — spark plugs, ignition systems, fuel systems, climate control, sensors, and filters — to virtually every major automaker on the planet.

The Denso oil filter line, marketed as "First Time Fit," is the company's aftermarket replacement program. Each filter is produced to the same dimensional and performance standards as the OEM filters Denso already supplies to Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Subaru, Mazda, and other assembly lines — making them a natural choice when the goal is to match or exceed factory specifications without the dealer markup.
