This product ranks #3 of 4 in Seat Belt Cleaner.

TL;DR Removes body oil and grime from seat-belt webbing with a spray-and-agitate technique, and owner feedback is good though the review base is still modest. The manufacturer claims it is safe for all seat-belt fabrics, but no Safety Data Sheet is on file to confirm the chemistry, so webbing compatibility cannot be independently verified. Health score withheld at 5.0/10 · no SDS.
DP-310 is a ready-to-use pump-spray targeting the body-oil darkening that accumulates on heavily used belts. Spray onto the belt, agitate with a stiff brush, wipe clean, and allow to dry fully before use. The manufacturer describes it as formulated without harsh chemicals and safe for all seat-belt fabrics. Owner reception is positive though the review base is still modest, and review body text was not available to confirm soiling types or post-dry webbing condition. No independent forum documentation with before-and-after evidence was located.
A reasonable starting point for belts with typical hand-oil darkening, and specifically designed for seat-belt webbing rather than repurposed from a general fabric cleaner. Buyers who need confirmed chemistry before using a cleaner on a life-safety component · pH, bleach-free status, webbing-compatibility confirmation · should seek a product with a public SDS. An all-purpose cleaner should not be substituted without first verifying fabric-safe chemistry.
No SDS on file. The label shows no GHS signal word and no pictograms; "no harsh chemicals" is the manufacturer's characterization. No H-codes are available to score against. Pump-spray application inside a vehicle cabin creates a semi-enclosed mist-exposure context. The rinse-off pathway (used cloth to laundry) sends product residue to municipal wastewater; aquatic chemistry is unknown.
The manufacturer claims it is formulated for use on all seat belt fabrics and materials without causing damage, discoloration, or weakening of the fibers. No SDS or independent chemistry data is available to confirm or contradict this · the claim is manufacturer-stated, not independently verified.
An SDS was not located as of the date of this review. The brand website was unreachable and multiple SDS aggregators returned no result. The CarCareTruth health score is withheld at 5.0/10 until an SDS is located and reviewed.
Amazon feature bullets list body oils and grime as the primary targets · the same greasy darkening that accumulates from hand contact on heavily used belts. The manufacturer positions this as a dedicated seat-belt product rather than a general fabric cleaner.
