Definitely a powerful and solid unit
+ Super powerful+ Easy to manipulate (the machine, not the hose)+ Hose feels durable+ Looks easy to service- High amp requirement. Newer homes dont have that rating on all outlets. I was tripping most outlets- Honestly this is weird but i dont care much for the shape of these nozzles. They should be more narrow and tapered off or at least offer smaller one in the purchase- dont care much for the heavy and bulky handle at the end. I feel the nozzle and handle could be designed slimmer to be more accommodating to wrists. This is designed far too much like a shopvac and less for someone trying to perform a precise movement. Its quite unwieldy. I feel like a firefighter each time i use this.Customer experience: 5/5When informed I was missing the bonus hose, they promptly shipped out the part without badgering me for details and I had it in my hands within days. That level of concierge like support speaks volumes.Overall this unit delivers exactly what it promises. I personally believe the product could evolve a bit but as it is right now it is a rock solid and worthwhile purchase.
