Actually cleans rubber tires and floor mats.
Buy the two pack because it takes a lot to clean tires and floor mats. It does clean very, very well. I cleaned three year old tires that had never been treated or cleaned on that side. I also cleaned front, rear and a cargo floor mat that a car detailer had sprayed with ArmorAll and made very slippery. I made the detailer clean the mats again but he couldn't get the slipper treatment off. This tire and rubber cleaner cleaned it down to the bare rubber so they looked new again and were not at all slippery. It took two spraydowns and scrubbing to clean the floor mats.Buy a scrub brush with plastic bristles to use with this tire cleaner.
