Pirelli & C. S.p.A. is an Italian multinational tire manufacturer founded in Milan in 1872 and headquartered there today. The company is one of the six largest tire producers globally and is publicly traded on the Milan Stock Exchange. Pirelli supplies original-equipment tires to premium and luxury automakers including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Ferrari, Lamborghini, and Maserati, and is the exclusive tire supplier to Formula 1 racing.

In the North American consumer and replacement market, Pirelli competes primarily in the performance, grand-touring, and ultra-high-performance segments.
