Their products are distributed through industrial safety distributors, sporting-goods retailers, and direct consumer channels. The brand is best known in the shooting sports community for the Impact Sport and Impact Pro electronic earmuff lines, which are positioned as affordable entry-level electronic muffs for range use and car-care shop environments. Howard Leight also manufactures the widely-distributed MAX and Laser Lite disposable foam earplug series used in industrial settings globally.
