Fifth-gen RX dropped the 3.5L V6 entirely. Lineup: RX 350 (2.4L T24A-FTS turbo four, 8-speed auto), RX 350h (2.5L A25A-FXS hybrid, E-CVT), RX 450h+ PHEV (~37 mi EV range), and RX 500h F-Sport Performance (2.4L turbo + dual motors, ~366 hp, 6-speed auto with direct drive). New infotainment finally drops the trackpad.

Watch out: Owner reports of early-build infotainment freezes and minor turbo-engine fuel-trim quirks during break-in. Long-term reliability data is still thin — this generation is too new for high-mile patterns.
