Lexus RX AL10 (3rd Generation)
2010–2015 · AL10 · suv
Third-gen RX (AL10) ran the 3.5L 2GR-FE V6 (RX 350, 6-speed auto) and the 3.5L 2GR-FXE hybrid (RX 450h, E-CVT, AWD via rear-axle electric motor). F-Sport package arrived 2013. The RX defined the luxury-crossover segment and printed money for Lexus.
Watch out: Owner reports of water-pump weeping on 2GR-FE around 80-100k mi (common across the 2GR family), and remote-touch trackpad failures on later units. Hybrid 12V battery placement (under rear cargo) sometimes catches owners off-guard at jump-start time.
