Mid-size luxury sedan on GM's Alpha 2 platform (successor to the CTS). 2.0L LSY turbo I4 (237 hp), 3.0L LGY twin-turbo V6 (335-360 hp). CT5-V Blackwing (2022+) is the headline: 6.2L LT4 supercharged V8 (668 hp / 659 lb-ft) with a standard 6-speed Tremec manual or optional 10-speed auto. RWD or AWD. GM has stated this is the last gasoline V-series Cadillac sedan.
Watch out: Too new for a long-term durability verdict. The CT5-V Blackwing LT4 carries the same supercharger snout-bearing wear concern as the previous-gen CTS-V Gen 3; service the supercharger oil + coupler on schedule.
