The G06 X6 is the third-generation X6, launched for the 2020 model year on the G05 X5 platform. US powertrains include the B58 turbocharged inline-six (xDrive40i) and the updated N63 twin-turbo V8 (xDrive50i / M50i), with the S63 in the X6 M and X6 M Competition (F96).

Owner reports across the B58 and current N63 family include oil filter housing gasket life and electric water pump replacement intervals; these are routine across the BMW lineup rather than G06-specific.
