ASF aluminum body refined. 3.0T supercharged V6 (CGWA / CTGA, the volume engine in the US), 4.0T biturbo V8 (S8, 520 hp / 605 hp Plus), 4.2 FSI V8 early, 6.3L W12 in the W12 (long-wheelbase only), and 3.0/4.2 TDI diesels (Dieselgate fallout). LED matrix headlights pioneered the segment.

Watch out: 3.0T supercharged: water pump (engine-out for the right repair), supercharger snout bearing, intake-valve carbon. 4.0T V8: timing chain stretch, PCV diaphragm. Air suspension and ADS (Adaptive Air Suspension) failures. MMI 3G can lock up and require module reflash.
