Go-to buffing pad for almost any job
This, along with the microfiber buffing pad, are absolute mainstays in my polishing arsenal. I keep one or the other on my rotary machine pretty much all the time, and for medium to heavy paint rehab jobs, it's a workhorse for sure. It's durable, well-constructed with quality foam, and the hexagon pattern isn't just good-looking, it also helps immensely in distributing the compound so you're less likely to get hot spots where the paint is getting rubbed dry. I think it makes it quicker to clean too, although that might just be placebo.Great value for the money, great quality product, and definitely worth at least trying out. Chemical Guys might deserve a lot of the crap they get for selling 50 different cleaning solutions that are pretty much the same thing, but I gotta give it to 'em, they do have some great quality accessories, especially their buffing pads.
