File a privacy request
Use this page to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data CarCareTruth holds about you, or to restrict how we process it. We respond within 45 days (CCPA) or one month (GDPR Art. 12), and will tell you in advance if we need an extension.

Privacy requests must be tied to your account so we can verify they're actually from you. Filing without authentication would let anyone claim to be you and request your data be deleted.
Don't have an account anymore? If your account was deleted, or you never had one but believe we hold data about you, email privacy@carcaretruth.com directly. We'll verify your identity through that channel before acting on the request.
