Vincent Skidmore's original formula, a beeswax and natural-oil cream, has stayed essentially unchanged since the company's founding, and the product is still hand-made in small batches in the United States.

The brand's single flagship product, Leather Cream, is positioned as an all-natural, non-toxic conditioner suitable for a wide range of leather goods, from car and furniture upholstery to boots, saddles, and bags. The safety data sheet confirms the formula carries no GHS hazard classification, though the SDS composition (beeswax plus a petroleum-derived paraffinic carrier oil) is a step more processed than the brand's "found in nature" marketing implies.
