Subaru Impreza 6th Generation

2024–2030 · GU · hatchback

The sixth-gen Impreza arrived for the US 2024 model year as a hatchback only (the sedan was dropped from the US lineup). Base, Sport, and RS trims use the FB20 2.0L naturally aspirated flat-four with the Lineartronic CVT; the Impreza RS swaps in the FA24 2.5L flat-four (around 182 hp). AWD standard. No manual transmission offered.

Watch out: First-cycle issues to watch as the platform ages. Early owner reports note Starlink infotainment quirks resolved via software updates, and as with all CVT-equipped Subarus, fluid service intervals matter more than the booklet implies. Long-term data is still building.
