Third-gen Navigator (U326) — Lincoln-spec Expedition U324 sibling. 11-year production run. Engines: 5.4L 3-valve Triton V8 (310hp, 2007-2014), 3.5L EcoBoost twin-turbo V6 (380hp, 2015-2017). 6R75/6R80 6-speed automatic. RWD or 4WD. Navigator L extended-wheelbase variant introduced 2007 (separate U418 code). Heavy refresh 2015 with new fascia, EcoBoost, and Lincoln's MyLincoln Touch.

Watch out: 5.4L 3V Triton (2007-2014) broken-plug-in-head and cam-phaser failures continue from the U228 — same Time-Sert and phaser-replacement fixes. 2015-2017 3.5 EcoBoost shares the gen-1 cam-phaser pattern with the 13th-gen F-150. Rear air-suspension bags continue to fail around 100k. PTU fluid is sealed-for-life from the factory but degrades by 80k — proactive swap recommended.
