The LFA is a Lexus moonshot — 500 units total worldwide, hand-built at Motomachi. 4.8L 1LR-GUE V10 (553 hp, 9,000 rpm redline, Yamaha-tuned induction note), 6-speed ASG single-clutch automated manual, CFRP monocoque. Nürburgring Package (~50 cars) is the track-spec variant. Values have climbed past original MSRP.

Watch out: Owner reports of single-clutch ASG transmission service requiring Lexus dealer specialists (very few in the US), and parts availability for crash-damaged cars is a known constraint. Pre-purchase: confirm full dealer service history — there is essentially no aftermarket.
