Tenth-generation Impala on GM's stretched Epsilon II LWB platform. 2.5L LKW Ecotec I4 (196 hp), 3.6L LFX V6 (305 hp), and a brief 2.4L LUK Ecotec + eAssist mild-hybrid setup. FWD only. 6-speed automatic. Production ended February 2020 at the Detroit-Hamtramck plant.

Watch out: 3.6L LFX V6 timing-chain stretch and water-pump failures are the major engine complaints, plus eAssist battery degradation on the hybrid trim. 6T70 transmission failures cluster around 120k miles.
