Cadillac CELESTIQ 1st Generation (hand-built flagship)

2024–2026 · hatchback

Cadillac's full-size luxury electric flagship — 5-door liftback body style, hand-built at GM's Global Technical Center in Warren, Michigan. Production began in 2024; first customer delivery in June 2025. Built one car at a time with extensive bespoke trim and material options. Pricing starts north of $340,000. Ultium battery platform, AWD, 4-wheel steering. Production volume is intentionally minimal.

Watch out: Too new and too rare for documented field-failure data. Bespoke trim and materials make insurance and repair logistics non-trivial — verify your insurer accepts the vehicle and that an approved bodyshop exists in your region. As a flagship hand-built model, depreciation behavior in years 3-7 is uncharted territory.
