Mostly aluminum body on PQ35 platform. 2.0T TFSI in TT (CESA / CDLB), 3.2L VR6 quattro briefly. TTS (CDLB 2.0T, 265 hp) added 2009. TT RS (CEPA 2.5L turbo five-cylinder, 360 hp at launch) launched 2012 in the US — the cult car of the generation. Coupe and Roadster bodies.

Watch out: 2.0T EA888 family: PCV valve, water pump, intake-valve carbon, timing chain tensioner on neglected cars. 2.5T five-cylinder (TT RS): premium oil and shorter intervals than Audi's guide suggests. Magnetic ride dampers (optioned) leak with age.
