MLB Evo platform. 3.0T TFSI V6 with 48V mild hybrid (335 hp, A8 55 TFSI), 4.0T biturbo V8 (S8, 563 hp), W12 dropped from the US. Triple-screen interior — virtual cockpit plus dual MMI Touch displays. Predictive active suspension (uses front camera to pre-load each wheel) was a launch-marquee feature. Long-wheelbase L only in the US.

Watch out: Predictive active suspension is amazing when working and an expensive repair when not — verify all four corners function on a used purchase. MMI Touch dual-display polish issues fixed via OTAs. 48V mild-hybrid out-of-warranty cost still unknown.
