Trim Care

Trim care covers the cleaners and conditioners that keep exterior plastic trim, bumper cladding, and door pillars from going chalky-gray. Use one when black trim has faded to that washed-out gray look — usually after a couple summers of UV exposure — or after a paint correction where polish residue has settled into the textured surface. A dedicated trim restorer beats tire dressing for longevity here; tire shine streaks down the door in the first rain. Pair with a small detail brush to work into the texture.
